We are seeking professional, disciplined, and service-oriented independent operators to join Charlotte’s premiere veteran-owned transportation team.
At Finest Transportation LLC, we don’t just hire drivers; we recruit professional chauffeurs. Led by a retired law enforcement and veteran team, we maintain a “zero-failure” mindset. We provide our clients with more than a ride, we provide security, punctuality, and a mobile sanctuary. If you have a background in military, law enforcement, or high-end hospitality and a passion for the road, we want to hear from you.
To comply with Charlotte, NC City Code Chapter 22 regarding Passenger Vehicles for Hire and our internal insurance standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
Licensing: Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License and a current City of Charlotte PVH Chauffeur Permit.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (livery, executive protection, or military/LE transport preferred).
Age: Must be at least 25 years of age for insurance compliance.
Background: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and a 10-year driving record (MVR) review. No felony convictions or major traffic violations (DUI/DWI).
Drug Testing: Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening as mandated by city regulations.
Local Knowledge: Expert-level familiarity with Uptown Charlotte, CLT Airport logistics, Ballantyne, and the surrounding Piedmont region.
