Security Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your vehicle.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but are transferable to a new date if changed within 6 months of the original booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due the Sunday before your trip. For round trips, both legs will be charged at this time.
Last-Minute Bookings: Any reservation made less than 2 days before the service date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and Debit cards.
Cash Payments: Must be made in person at our office by appointment only. Deposits in cash must be brought in to secure the booking; balances in cash must be paid 1 week before the trip.
We strive for punctuality, but spontaneous changes or delays by the party will incur additional costs:
Wait Time: If the chauffeur is kept waiting longer than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, a $30 fee applies per 30-minute increment.
No-Show Policy: If we cannot contact The Hirer within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup, the ride is considered a “No-Show” and will be charged in full.
Hourly Overrun: Any unplanned time overages due to itinerary changes will be billed at up to $250 per hour (or part thereof).
Itinerary Changes: While we will try to accommodate extra stops or destination changes, further costs will apply.
Finest Transportation maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe or illegal behavior.
Drug Use: Strictly prohibited by law. The Hirer is responsible for any resulting fines.
Alcohol: No consumption by anyone under 21. If found, service will be terminated immediately without a refund. By law, we cannot provide alcoholic beverages.
Smoking: All vehicles are strictly Non-Smoking. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if anyone in the party smokes in the vehicle.
Behavior: We reserve the right to terminate service for unruly or abusive passengers.
Vehicle Rules: No standing through sunroofs, opening emergency exits while in motion, or exceeding seating capacity.
The Hirer is 100% liable for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by their party.
Liability includes: Gum, wine/alcohol spills, vomiting, breakage of lights, or damage to electronic equipment.
Repairs: The Hirer will pay the full retail cost to return the vehicle to its prior condition. Finest Transportation reserves the right to choose the repair facility.
Cancellations: Changes or cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup will be charged in full. Sedan/SUV cancellations made prior to 4 hours still incur a $25 fee.
Flight Delays: Overtime charges apply if a flight is delayed within 1 hour of the original ETA or if the driver is already en route.
Wait Time: Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments at $25 once the prearranged time expires.
Unforeseen Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by acts of nature, accidents, or heavy traffic. Due to regional congestion, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times; however, no compensation is provided if the vehicle arrives within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
Mechanical Failure: In the rare event of a breakdown, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle from our fleet or an affiliate.
Personal Items: Finest Transportation is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during or after the charter.
Indemnification: The Hirer agrees to indemnify and hold Finest Transportation and its employees harmless against all claims, including injury or death resulting from accidents, regardless of negligence.
